Praying for you
Exhortation Text: 2 Kings 5:1-27
- Lord, re-position my life, (bring me out of my comfort zone) so that I will become an instrument of blessing unto people around me in Jesus name.
- That through me, the kingdom of God (righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost Rom 14:17) will be extended to others. NB: You are asking God to fill you with the 3 above.
- Father Lord, fill my mouth with your words of wisdom and knowledge so that I will be able to deliver the good news that will help others (bring healing, deliverance and salvation etc) in Jesus name.
- Father Lord, I ask for the Spirit of discernment (sensitize my spirit) to be able to understand “why I am where I am” and the reason “I meet the kind of people that I meet” – Esther 4:14.
- Declare and say “Father I will not assist the devil to block or stop the flow of your blessing and power to others”, in Jesus name. I will not frustrate the Grace of God – Gal 2:21.
- Father, anoint me with the same anointing that you anointed Jesus in Acts 10:38 that made Him go about doing good, healing all manner of people that were oppressed by the devil, and diseases and so that people that I meet will encounter the power of Jesus Christ.
- Father Lord, let your mighty presence (hand) come upon me – Ezekiel 1:3.
- Isaiah 11:1-3 & Rom 8:11 – Pray for yourself again. Ask God to fill you with the same Spirit that was in Jesus – the Spirit of wisdom and understanding (quick), counsel and might, knowledge and fear of the Lord and that you will learn how to make right judgments.
Praying for Closer to Jesus Ministries – Isaiah 25:6-10
- Pray the above prayers for CJM
- Pray that in CJM, the Lord will spread a wonderful feast for all. Men and women coming to this assembly will indeed be fed by the Lord with food convenient for them – Proverbs 30:8.
- Pray that the Lord will uncover every veil that is cast over the people in Cosmo City that prevents them from seeing the Lord. Release the men & women from evil destinies that they have received from their fathers – SA indigenes particularly.
- Pray that through this ministry, the Lord will deal with the spirit of Moab – spirit of immorality. That no one coming to this ministry will eat of the fruit of this spirit.
- Ask the Lord to visit our Sunday services again by His Spirit – let there be genuine salvation, repentance, healing, miracles, conviction etc.
- Invite people to church by the Spirit of God.
- Pray for the building project – that God will grant His speed to this work and that the Lord will continue to show us favor through the authorities in Cosmo City – CODEVCO, and that they will relax the rule of paying them 5% of the project cost if we do not use their building contractors.
- Pray that the Lord will provide all the finance that we need.
- Declare that no one will be hurt, no property stolen, and no violence to any member of CJM when we move into this new site.
