Exhortation Texts: Isaiah 2:2-3 & 1 John 3:2-3

Purpose of the Church – CJM:

Acts 2:43-47 & John 4:23-24

• Pray that the reverential fear of God will come upon every one that is under the umbrella of this ministry, that the Spirit of God will begin to reveal God’s holiness and righteousness to the people.
• Pray that the people will obey God according to Acts 2:44-45 – sharing and fellowship and in all things.
• Pray that the people will begin to attend the meetings with joy and gladness, and to receive the word of God with singleness of heart – no more double mindedness.
• Ask the Spirit of God to lead people to Jesus through this ministry – those who are heirs of salvation – let Him add to the number, more dedicated men and women who are willing to put the world behind and the cross of Jesus before them.
• Pray that wonders of healing (physical & emotional) & miracle of salvation will be fully present in our meetings & that people will always be delivered from strongholds of the mind and spirits of laziness and immorality, etc
• John 14:17 & 16:8-13 – Many people do not yet understand what it means to be saved or the difference between the new life and the world. Pray that the Spirit of truth (also John 8:32) will teach the people and also open their understanding to the truth of God’s Word. Commend them to the Word (Jesus Christ) that is able to save and establish them – Acts 20:32
• Pray that God will help you and the members of CJM deal with the sin of unbelief.
• Ask the Spirit of God to teach the people (including you), what it means to worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Pray that the Spirit of God will deliver the people in this ministry from double mindedness, absent mindedness, hypocrisy, eye-service, self excuses, double standard life – James 1:6-8.
• Psalm 28:2 & 134:1-3 – Pray that the people will indeed know what it means to lift up holy hands before God, and not the hands of hypocrisy, immorality, disobedience, divided worship. God has said that no one will share His glory. Therefore pray that in CJM, nothing will share the glory of God in peoples’ lives – Isaiah 42:8.
• Rom 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 12:27-28 – Pray to the Father that we all will begin to understand that we are members of one body – Jesus Christ, and that no one will hold back again the gifts of God upon his / her life.
• Pray that in CJM, God will do one of these two things – make the people either to follow Him whole-heartedly or remove the stubborn people from our midst, especially among the work force.
• Pray against every form of inconsistency and instability among the members of this ministry. Pray also against double mindedness on those that have been called to CJM, but are still doubting
• Pray for the immersion baptism program – that the Spirit of God will do something great on that day. That it will be a great spiritual experience for those who will be part of it.
